Sunset Westlake Hanoi Hotel, Hanoi

My stay at Sunset Westlake was pleasant overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made my experience enjoyable. However, the building did show signs of age and needed some maintenance, particularly in the room I was assigned. The view from my room was great, and the dining options were decent, but cleanliness could have been improved.
